Tigers Win 9-8 Walk-Off
In a tight contest at Hamilton Park, the Hamilton Tigers edged the Saskatoon Moose by the score of 9-8. Hamilton designated hitter Mario Perea, who blasted 1 home run, was a key contributor. Hamilton reliever Pete Block picked up the win, raising his record to 2-5. Chris Coleman was tagged with the loss. By defeating Saskatoon, the third-place Tigers improved to 28-29.

Andy Brown was the walk-off hero for Hamilton. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Tigers third baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"This place was jumping at the end," Brown said.
