The Allentown Fleetwings defeated the Hamilton Tigers, 6-2, in part because of center fielder Josh Glaser. Glaser went 3-4 with a home run, 2 singles, and was hit by a pitch. He scored 2 times for the Fleetwings. Allentown pitcher Chris Roessler got the win, upping his record to 3-1. Howard Berard got the loss. With the victory, the Fleetwings upped their record to 31-24.
Adrian Miyares had a big bases-clearing triple for the Fleetwings in the bottom of the first inning. With Allentown leading 1-0 and the bases loaded, he got a slider from Howard Berard, who is tied for 3rd in the SPBC in wins with 8, and swatted a triple to right. It was his 1st triple of the season, and more importantly, it put the Fleetwings ahead, 4-0.
"I was just going up there trying to see good pitches, that was about it," said Glaser.
