Though he had a terrific game, Rob Bethea could not prevent his team, the Sherbrooke Canadians, from absorbing a loss. Las Vegas won the game, 5-4. Bethea went 3 for 5 with 2 home runs and a double. Las Vegas pitcher Bryan Largent got the win. He's now 3-4. Ramon Molina was tagged with the loss. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for Las Vegas.

Las Vegas got a knockout punch from Joe Jenkins. The pinch hitter hammered a solo home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.
