Rollers Earn 5-4 Win Against Buffaloes
The Las Vegas Rollers topped the Winnipeg Buffaloes, 5-4, in 10 innings. Las Vegas designated hitter Markus Park, in particular, was impressive. He slugged 2 home runs, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 3. Erik Ritter picked up the win in relief. His record improves to 2-4. Jamie Stewart suffered the loss. Las Vegas, at 13-13, occupies third place in the West Division.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the tenth. With no one out, Park hit a fastball from Jamie Stewart for a solo home run. The Rollers, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"Markus is still learning," said Rollers manager Mike Beck. "The sky's the limit for him."
