Senators Come Up Short at Detroit, 4-3
Despite a fine performance by designated hitter Chris Seidenberg, the Albany Senators lost to the Detroit Chargers, 4-3. Seidenberg slugged 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. The Chargers, with just their 5th win so far in 2008, have yet to catch fire.

The Chargers got a big at-bat from first baseman Chris Ramirez. For the game, Ramirez was 3 for 4 with 2 doubles and a walk, while adding 3 RBI. In the bottom of the second, with runners on 2nd and 3rd, he stroked a 2-run double. His 3rd double of the season gave Detroit a 3-2 lead.
