Edmonton Starter Wins September's Pitcher Award Sunday, October 1st , 2006 The Semi-Pro Baseball Circuit announced the winner of the Pitcher of the Month Award for September. It went to Kjeld Sijbrandij of Edmonton for his outstanding 4-1 record and 1.86 ERA. Sijbrandij also chalked up 5 starts, 38.2 innings and 38 strikeouts. This season, Sijbrandij has compiled a 14-4 mark with a 2.43 ERA. |
