Winnipeg Approached by Saskatoon for a Deal Friday, September 1st , 2006 If what inside sources claim is true, the Saskatoon Moose and the Winnipeg Buffaloes have made substantial progress toward consummating a trade. It's unknown which players might be involved, but a deal seems all but certain. Saskatoon occupies first place in the West Division with a 45-23 record. Winnipeg is 7th in the same division at 30-38. |
