Getting an impressive start from Kjeld Sijbrandij, Edmonton beat Calgary by the score of 6-2. Sijbrandij, now 13-4, was the winner. In 7 innings, he gave up 5 hits, while striking out 5, walking 2, and allowing 2 runs. Edmonton is now 48-33.
