Capitals Pull Out Late-Game Win, 7-6
A 4-RBI performance from the 34-year old catcher Nate Glasner helped the Ottawa Capitals beat the Vacaville Steelheads, 7-6. The win gives Ottawa a season record of 30-19.

Glasner had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the eighth. On a 2-1 changeup from Chris LaBriola, he banged a 3-run home run to left, giving the Capitals a 7-6 lead. It was the 8th home run of the year for Glasner.

"If you want to be considered a good team, these are the kind of games you have to win," said Ottawa manager Mike House.
