Dedicated fans weathered the storm to watch their beloved Caracals beat the Fleetwings.

The Calgary Caracals beat the Allentown Fleetwings, 14-2, at Caracals Stadium. Calgary second baseman Joel Baumann had an outstanding performance. He went 3-5 with 2 doubles, while scoring 3 and driving in 5. The win elevated the Caracals to 25-12.

In the first inning, Baumann had a bases-clearing double for Calgary. It was his 16th double of the season and put the Caracals on top, 9-0.

"I thought we played a nice game," Baumann told the Calgary Bulletin. "Good pitching, timely hitting, it was all there."
