Los Angeles rode a decent outing from starter Curtis Regan to victory over the Chicago Blackhawks. The final score was 8-2. Regan went 6 innings to notch the win. He scattered 5 hits, walked 2, and struck out 4. His record improves to 3-6. Andres Quintana nailed down his 4th save.

Los Angeles used a well-timed hit by Harry Pinard to capture the win. The first baseman socked a run-scoring double in the top of the first inning to put the Knights ahead, 1-0. Though it was his only hit in 5 at-bats, it was important.

"We had a nice day," said Los Angeles skipper James Walker.
