Pilots Suffer 6-2 Loss to Chicago
Chicago picked up a win at Trident Field, toppling the Atlanta Pilots, 6-2. Pitcher Evan Rodriguez was one of the reasons the Blackhawks triumphed. Rodriguez picked up the win for Chicago, going 7.1 innings. He gave up 2 runs on 7 hits. He now sports a record of 3-2. David Enger collected his 2nd save.

The Blackhawks got a big at-bat from designated hitter Steve Abruzzese. For the game, Abruzzese went 1 for 3 with a double and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the sixth, with the bases loaded, he stroked a bases-clearing double. His 3rd double of the season gave Chicago a 5-2 lead.
