It's Official: RF Kershner Signs with Atlanta Sunday, December 12th , 2004 Atlanta fans were pleased with the signing of Dave Kershner today. The 30-year-old inked a 5-year, $2,045,000 deal with the Pilots. Though his numbers don't jump out at you, Kershner does fill a void for Atlanta, according to several respected analysts. In his career, Kershner has played in 415 games, totaling 374 hits, 94 doubles, 16 triples and 39 homers. He has hit .266 with 215 RBIs and scored 162 times. |
