Houston Star Captures PBC Bat Crown Wednesday, September 29th , 2004 With another season in the books, the 2004 Professional Baseball Circuit batting title has been awarded to Houston right fielder Zack Taylor. He put up a .336 batting average, recording 87 hits in 259 at-bats. Taylor's numbers included 18 doubles, 1 triple, 18 home runs, 49 RBIs and 45 runs scored. This year's batting champ appeared in 85 games. |
