Chicago Playoff Hopes Officially Zero Friday, September 17th , 2004 There might have been some flickers of hopes of a playoff berth at some point during the season, but those flickers have been snuffed out. The Chicago Blackhawks were officially eliminated from playoff contention today. The Blackhawks also missed the playoffs last year. |
