Cosme Slams 5 Hits for Detroit Friday, September 10th , 2004 Detroit Motors left fielder Alex Cosme went 5-for-8 today and paced Detroit to a 6-5 victory over the San Francisco Peanuts at Electric Kool-aid Baseball Park. "Well, that was fun," Cosme said following the game. Alex Cosme flied out in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, doubled in the 7th, flied out in the 8th, singled in the 11th, singled in the 13th, singled in the 15th, grounded out in the 17th and walked in the 20th.
