Clutch Hitting Delivers Win for Warriors
The Washington Warriors downed the Chicago Blackhawks, 4-2, in 10 innings. Dustin Denmark led the way, going 2-for-4 for Washington. Reliever Jon Snowden picked up the win. His record improves to 3-0. Keith Feldman took the loss. Kevin Tilley closed it out for his 21st save.

Denmark had a game-changing home run in the top of the tenth. On a 2-2 fastball from Keith Feldman, he banged a 2-run home run to left, giving the Warriors a 4-2 lead. It was the 19th home run of the year for Denmark.

"Big win," said Denmark.

Washington is in third place in the East Division with a record of 46-42.
