Hit Parade: Oldham Pops 5 Hits Saturday, October 5th , 2002 All game long, St. Louis's Paul Oldham was rattling the walls at Trident Field and banging out base hits against the Chicago Blackhawks. When the dust finally settled on the diamond, he had a 5-hit day and the Lions had a 4-1 victory. Speaking with reporters after his standout performance, the 33-year-old first baseman said, "Get 5 hits, win a ballgame, it's nice. I could get used to this." Paul Oldham singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 6th, singled in the 9th, walked in the 11th and hit a three-run double in the 12th.
