Best SRCLW Reliever Named Sunday, September 19th , 2027 Bryce Gilliland has won the 2027 SRCL West Reliever of the Year Award, which at age 34 is a "milestone achievement" for the Calgary (R) Caracals reliever. "I feel accomplished to win this when there are other younger, stronger, harder-throwing guys out there," he said. The Levittown, Pennsylvania native's numbers speak for themselves, as he captured the award with 3 saves in 38 relief appearances, compiling 58 innings. He had 54 strikeouts and 24 walks, a record of 8-3 and an ERA of 2.48. He received 9 first place votes out of a possible 20. Loys Blaesvelt of the Las Vegas (R) Rollers finished second in voting with 8 first place votes, while Mike Lebowitz of the Winnipeg (R) Buffaloes finished third with 2 first place votes.
