Salazar Smacks 5 Hits for Rollers Monday, August 9th , 2027 It was a parade of hits for Bill Salazar of the Las Vegas (R) Rollers at PBC Rookie Development Complex. Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Salazar finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 6 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Rollers to a win, 19-12. "Salazar was really good and we were really bad," groaned Buffaloes manager Brian Parker. "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him." Bill Salazar hit an RBI single in the 1st, hit a three-run home run off Mario Ramon in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, hit a two-run home run off Alexis Durand in the 5th, singled in the 6th and grounded out in the 7th.
