Minnesota (R) Wins Cup Qualifier Tuesday, October 5th , 2027 Colin McIntyre wore out opposing pitchers en route to being named Cup Qualifier MVP. The star's Minnesota (R) Loons defeated the Los Angeles (R) Knights by a series score of 4-2 to advance to the Championship Cup. Minnesota (R) won the final game by a 8-3 count in front of a raucous crowd at PBC Rookie Development Complex. McIntyre hit .333 with a .360 on-base percentage in the series, while also adding 1 home runs, driving in 4 RBI and scoring 5 runs.
