Mosby Gets RCLW #1 Pitcher Trophy Friday, October 1st , 2027 There was little doubt around the RCL West that Brent Mosby would be awarded Pitcher of the Month honors for September. Today, they made it official, naming the 18-year-old San Diego (R) Roadrunners starter the latest honoree. He thoroughly dominated the hitters who stood in against him, holding them to a .245 batting average while fashioning a 1.59 ERA in 4 starts. His record for the month was 3-0 in 28.1 innings of work. So far this year, Mosby has made 12 starts, tossed 78.1 innings, struck out 72 batters and walked 41. His record is 6-4 with a 3.56 ERA and he has limited opposing teams to a .259 batting average. |
