Torrid September Gets Rodriguez RCLE #1 Batter Trophy Friday, October 1st , 2027 Tony Rodriguez is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Detroit (R) center fielder joined that select company when the RCL East announced the results of September's voting. Rodriguez totaled 27 hits, 18 walks, 3 home runs, 15 RBIs and 18 runs scored last month to put together a .365 batting average and .490 on-base percentage. So far this season, Rodriguez has gotten 153 hits in 426 at-bats for a .359 batting average with 17 home runs. His stats include 72 RBIs and 97 runs scored. He has played in 110 games. |
