St. Louis (R) Eliminated from Playoff Contention Monday, September 27th , 2027 The St. Louis (R) Lions may feel they were as good as the playoff teams this year, but the club has ultimately fallen short of qualifying and will watch the postseason from the sidelines. "It's frustrating because we really feel like we could have given any of the teams a run for their money," said starting pitcher Dave Chavez. St. Louis (R) last appeared in the postseason in 2017. This is their 10th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 18 times in their 20-year history. |
