Boston (R) Loses Aaron Fields, Will Miss Season Sunday, September 5th , 2027 The season is apparently over for Aaron Fields. The Boston (R) Shamrocks medical staff informed the club that the reliever will be out at least 11 months with a stretched elbow ligament. Fields was hurt in the game against Nashville (R) while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. This year, Fields has registered 1 save in 11 relief appearances. He has also compiled a 0-1 won-lost mark with a 1.08 ERA. In 16.2 innings he has fanned 21. |
