Mavericks Lose Carter for Season Thursday, August 26th , 2027 Doctors in Houston (R) said Marc Carter might not play anymore this year. The Mavericks third baseman suffered a ruptured disc during a game against the Las Vegas (R) Aces and will be out for at least 8-9 months. Club officials told BNN they do not expect him to return to the team this season. So far this year in 30 games, Carter is hitting .307 with 2 home runs, 11 RBIs and 18 runs scored. |
