Great Day for Armijo -- 5 Hits Saturday, August 14th , 2027 It doesn't happen very often, but it did for Luis Armijo -- a 5-hit effort. He went on a rampage at PBC Rookie Development Complex and paced the 8-5 Titans win over the Boston (R) Shamrocks. After his dynamite batting performance, the Toronto (R) center fielder told reporters that he "just tried to get in a good count and have a good at-bat. That's all I can control." His philosophy paid dividends today. He slammed 5 hits in 5 tries and put his name in the record book. Luis Armijo singled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, hit a three-run home run off Guillermo Ureste in the 4th, singled in the 7th and doubled in the 9th.
