Eastern Amateur Circuit Names Top Player Sunday, September 26th , 2027 Justin O'Dell of the Franklin Knights had a fine season this year and today he accepted the Most Valuable Player Award for 2027. The 29-year-old shortstop put up a .307 average and a .378 on-base percentage, piling up 142 hits, 29 doubles, 6 triples, 14 home runs, 61 RBIs and 81 runs scored. He received 20 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Chuck McKenna of the Providence Grays finished second in voting, while Omari Isaac of the Fort Wayne Farmers finished third.
