Western Amateur Circuit Best Pitcher Chosen Saturday, September 25th , 2027 The Western Amateur Circuit announced today that Rick Conklin has been chosen the Pitcher of the Year Award winner for 2027. The Tulsa starter had everything working for him this past season as he breezed to a 10-2 record. In his award-winning season Conklin crafted a 2.07 ERA in 130.1 innings with 120 strikeouts and 14 walks. Opposing batters hit .229 against him in his 21 starts. He ended up tied with Kenny Katsnelson with 110 total votes and 10 first place votes.
