Franklin's Phan Gets Pitcher of the Year Award Saturday, September 25th , 2027 The Eastern Amateur Circuit Pitcher of the Year Award winner has been chosen and the trophy goes to Franklin hurler Man-keung Phan for his outstanding season in 2027. Phan was quite impressive with a 12-2 record and a 2.04 ERA. In 22 starts and 119 innings, he struck out 153 and gave up 85 hits and 55 walks. Teams hit .196 against him. He received 12 first place votes out of a possible 20. Danny Jimenez of the Manchester Monarchs finished second in voting with 8 first place votes, while Nick Justice of the Fort Wayne Farmers finished third.
