Arlington's Duffy to Miss Season Wednesday, August 25th , 2027 After injuring himself, Stars starting pitcher Scott Duffy headed straight to the hospital. He was removed from the game as a precaution after throwing a pitch, and the team's worst fears were confirmed when it turned out to be a little more serious. Duffy will miss at least 11-12 months with a stretched elbow ligament. Duffy has fashioned a 8-6 mark for the season, 4.09 ERA and thrown 147.1 innings in 28 starts. Opposing clubs are batting .285 against him. |
