Battalion Gallet Lost for Year Tuesday, August 3rd , 2027 Emmanuel Gallet of the Battalion just might have to call it quits for the season. The 24-year-old Boston first baseman received a possible season-ending injury against the Brooklyn Atlantics recently at Atlantics Ballpark. Gallet suffered a torn posterior cruciate ligament while running the bases. The Battalion medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 9 months. Thus far this year, Gallet is hitting .315 with 2 home runs, 30 RBIs and 30 runs scored. |
