Hill Goes on Rampage Against Farmers Monday, July 19th , 2027 Jon Hill had an answer for everything the Fort Wayne Farmers threw at him at Long Island Park. The Long Beach third baseman went 5-for-6 in the game to put his name in the record book and give the Titans a win, 17-7. Summing up his batting philosophy to BNN writers after the game, Hill said, "I just see the ball and I hit it." Jon Hill hit a two-run home run off Scott Jansen in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Scott Jansen in the 2nd, hit a two-run single in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit an RBI double in the 7th and flied out in the 8th.
