Abernathy Slaps 5 Hits Monday, September 20th , 2027 It was a big day for Josh Abernathy and he brought the Hamilton Tigers along for the ride. Abernathy led his club to victory, 10-9, over the Sherbrooke Canadians at Hamilton Park, smoking Sherbrooke pitching for 5 hits in 7 at-bats. The 28-year-old center fielder later called the victory "sweet." Josh Abernathy singled in the 1st, struck out in the 2nd, doubled in the 4th, doubled in the 6th, singled in the 7th, hit an RBI single in the 8th and flied out in the 10th.
