Allentown's Escamilla Out 6 Months Sunday, July 18th , 2027 Alexis Escamilla will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Allentown starting pitcher could miss the remainder of the year. Escamilla was injured while throwing a pitch in the Fleetwings-Canadians clash at Canadians Park recently. Doctors said he has a torn labrum and would be out a minimum of 6 months. Escamilla has made 12 starts, tossed 60.2 innings, struck out 63 batters and walked 28. His record is 3-5 with a 5.64 ERA and he has limited other teams to a .316 batting average. |
