Top ESPC Hurler Honors Go to James Sunday, November 7th , 2027 Bob James of the Ottawa Capitals might be an old man, but he can still pitch with the best of them. Today the 38-year-old hurler snagged the Eastern Semi-Pro Circuit Pitcher of the Year Award honors for his outstanding 2027 performance. He posted a 2.88 ERA with 19 wins, 10 losses, 171 strikeouts and 62 walks in 203.1 innings. He received 17 first place votes out of a possible 20. Omar Sanchez of the Detroit Chargers finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while Sam Arceo of the D.C. Potomacs finished third with 2 first place votes.
