Boston Silences St. Louis, 6-0 Saturday, August 28th , 2027 Goose eggs were the order of the day for the St. Louis Lions as starter Joe Baker shut them out, 6-0, at The Lions Hearth. The Boston pitcher struck out 9 and walked 5 while allowing 8 hits. "Baker was good but he wasn't flawless," St. Louis manager Leo Cruz said. "We had a few opportunities to make something happen and we didn't do it. Not to take anything away from Boston, but this is on us."
