Detroit Right Fielder Out Friday, May 28th , 2027 Disappointing news today for Detroit Motors fans. Jim Madore was hurt running the bases in their game against the St. Louis Lions and has a broken kneecap. Team trainers were hesitant to predict a date for return, but said it was likely the injury will keep the right fielder out at least 9 months. This season, Madore has posted a batting average of .425 with 34 hits in 80 at-bats, no home runs and 13 RBIs. He has also scored 9 runs, walked 10 times and compiled a .489 OBP. |
