Naugle Scoops up EC Top Hurler Award Monday, November 8th , 2027 Jon Naugle of the Chicago Union has been selected the premier pitcher in the Eastern Circuit and will receive the Pitcher of the Year Award for 2027. The top vote-getter completed the year with a 17-1 record. He started 22 times, threw 161 innings, chalked up 178 strikeouts and 35 walks, limited hitters to a .221 batting average and posted an impressive 2.57 ERA. He received 20 first place votes out of a possible 24. Jaheim Kinney of the Toronto Titans finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while Fernando Sanchez of the Boston Shamrocks finished third with 1 first place vote.
