WC Presents Rookie of the Year Award Saturday, November 6th , 2027 San Francisco fans have reason to cheer today as first baseman Randy Lusk brought home the Western Circuit Rookie of the Year Award for 2027. He also racked up 70 RBIs and scored 54 runs, signaling that this might be the beginning of a solid baseball career. He received 10 first place votes out of a possible 24.
