Reliever of the Year Award Goes to Alvarez Thursday, November 4th , 2027 The Western Circuit Reliever of the Year Award for 2027 has been bestowed on Las Vegas Aces relief specialist Ben Alvarez. The 26-year-old bullpen ace, out of Houston, Texas, nailed down the award with 16 saves in 43 relief appearances, 80 strikeouts in 74.1 innings and a record of 6 wins and 4 losses to go with his 1.70 ERA. He received 19 first place votes out of a possible 24. Jonathan Nolan of the El Paso Diablos finished second in voting with 2 first place votes, while Ken Trombley of the El Paso Diablos finished third.
