Diablos Win Pro Circuit Cup Sunday, October 24th , 2027 The El Paso faithful were cheering in the streets, and St. Louis fans wiping away the tears, after the Diablos won the Pro Circuit Cup at Inferno Field today. The Diablos clinched it by knocking off the Lions 4-2 to take their 11th Professional Baseball Circuit crown. El Paso took the series 4-2. "This club never gave up all year long," El Paso manager Joe Peters told the press. "They believed they could win the title and they did." On the way to the Pro Circuit Cup title, El Paso compiled a 64-24 won-loss record and finished first in the Western Circuit. "We just didn't play well enough to win," Lions manager Leo Cruz said.
