Lions Dominate, Sweep Cup Qualifier Monday, October 11th , 2027 Wade Brett said he expected the Cup Qualifier to be "a battle from start to finish." In the end, it was nothing more than a minor skirmish, as the St. Louis Lions encountered little resistance in sweeping the Toronto Titans, to advance to the Pro Circuit Cup. "It may have been a sweep, but it still was a tough series," said Brett. St. Louis won the final game by a 12-7 count and were led in the series by Brett, who was named MVP. On the series, he hit .375 with 1 home runs. He also drove in 6 RBI and scored 3 runs. The Pro Circuit Cup matchups and schedule will be announced after the Cup Qualifier finishes.
