Suns Suffer 4-2 Road Loss
El Paso turned a good effort from starter Jason Roether into a win over the Arizona Suns at Inferno Field. The Diablos won the game, 4-2. Picking up the save was Jonathan Nolan. He's now 12 for 18 in save chances. El Paso raised its record to 58-21 with the win.

Zhi-huan Gan, who is on pace to hit 17 home runs this season, took Arizona hurler Mark Christie deep in the bottom of the second. His 2-run home run put the Diablos on top, 3-1. In all, Gan had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 3.

"We believe in ourselves and we're willing to work hard. It's a good combination," Gan told the El Paso Daily News.
