Turnbull Belts 2 Homers in 10-3 Win
Carl Turnbull made an impact in the 10-3 Boston win over Detroit. Turnbull, who finished 3rd in the EC in home runs with 25 in 2025, belted 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice. The Motors, now 2-13, continue their sluggish start.

Juan Chavez took Detroit hurler Felix Fernandez deep in the bottom of the second. His 3-run home run put the Shamrocks on top, 4-3. In all, Chavez had 2 singles in addition to the home run, while going 3 for 5.

"Every manager loves to see an offensive outburst from his team," said Boston skipper Kevin Read.
