All game long, Winnipeg (R)'s Julio Roman was rattling the walls at PBC Rookie Development Complex and banging out base hits against the Edmonton (R) Drillers. When the dust finally settled on the diamond, he had a 5-hit day and the Buffaloes had a win, 12-9.

Speaking with reporters after his standout performance, the 27-year-old right fielder said, "Get 5 hits, win a ballgame, it's nice. I could get used to this."

Julio Roman singled in the 2nd, doubled in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Ramon Aranda in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and hit a three-run home run off Lee DeHaan in the 8th.

For the season, Roman is batting .351 with 20 hits and 4 home runs. He has scored 13 times and batted in 18.
