Braves Move on to Circuit Championship Series
Many baseball pundits expected a close series in the Western Semi-Pro Circuit Play-in Series. It turned out quite a bit different.


The Green Bay Braves swept aside the Saskatoon Moose to advance to the Circuit Championship Series, winning the final game by a 9-7 score at Moose Grounds.

The series MVP was center fielder A.J. Rossow, who hit .500 with a .600 on-base percentage. He had 0 home runs, drove in 2 RBI and scored 2 runs.

"We expected this series to go right down to the wire, so to sweep is a bit of a surprise," he said. "But we'll take it."

The Circuit Championship Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the Play-in Series finishes.
