Chicago Takes 1-0 Series Lead with Walk-off Win
The Chicago Union took the first game of the Play-in Series in dramatic fashion, topping the St. Louis Lions in a ninth-inning, walk-off, 8-7 win. Lions right-hander Victor Ocejo was impressive in the loss. He went 3-5 with a home run and a double, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once.

Pat Houle was the walk-off hero for Chicago. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Union shortstop hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"We'll take some time to unwind," said Houle, "and then get after the next one."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Trident Field in Chicago.
