Red-Hot September Lands Zepeda Batting Prize in RCLW Thursday, October 1st , 2026 Javier Zepeda is on a tear! After posting a .408 average in September, the Houston (R) left fielder took home the RCL West Batter of the Month award handed out earlier today. He cracked 29 hits with 3 home runs and 13 RBIs and scored 18 runs. The 18-year-old also collected 15 free passes and posted a .506 on-base percentage. This season, Zepeda has hit at a .328 clip with 39 RBIs, 11 home runs and 37 runs scored. He has played in 60 games. |
