Fausti Gets 5 Hits Sunday, August 16th , 2026 Getting 5 hits in a game has always been memorable feat in baseball. In the Houston (R)'s 14-11 win over Vancouver (R), third baseman Oscar Fausti was red-hot, scorching them for hit after hit at PBC Rookie Development Complex. "To hit the ball consistently well, you have to relax," Fausti said afterward. "I was relaxed for the first four hits, but I have to admit, I got a little tight when I realized I had a chance for five. On the last at-bat, I was ready to swing at anything close." Oscar Fausti hit a two-run double in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, walked in the 4th, singled in the 6th, grounded out in the 8th, singled in the 10th and hit a three-run double in the 11th.
